Refund policy

For online sales we are happy to accept returns on any items in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend recorded delivery for returning items to us as we cannot guarantee refunds on damaged or lost items. We do not cover the shipping cost of returned items. Custom orders including Reversible Bomber Jackets and Archive Bomber Jackets are non refundable. These items may qualify for exchange or store credit. Makers Seconds items are final. 

Items bought at 50% off or more in the sale are non-refundable. 

Please complete our contact form to arrange your refund. We endeavour to refund your account within 14 days. 

International orders are final sale and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international orders and cannot accept returns if you decide you do not want to pay these.

Items bought in the showroom are non returnable but we will offer an exchange or credit note for 14 days after purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed with the original tags and be in resalable condition. Faulty items will be refunded, replaced or fixed on a case by case basis. Sale items bought in the showroom are final.
