All our items are individually wrapped and boxed with care and attention to detail. If the item is a gift please get in touch and we will add an extra Sophie Darling touch.

Our custom tissue is eco friendly, made from FSC certified paper, using cellulose fibres and soy based inks, which are 100% compostable.

UK postage and packaging costs

  • UK first class recorded delivery FREE over £100
  • If you contact us to arrange next day delivery, you may be charged a fee 

 

International Deliveries

  • Postal costs to any other country other than the UK will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

 

Shipping Details

We aim to send your items out immediately after payment has cleared in our bank account. In general this means your goods will be despatched within 2 to 5 days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. For ‘to order’ items you will be notified when your item is ready, we aim this to be 4-6 weeks from placing your order.

We will send an email when an item is dispatched, as a signature will be sometimes be required upon receipt. If you need your item/s urgently please send contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
